How to check warehouse photos

A practical visual check for shoes, clothing and bags, plus the limits that a photograph cannot solve.

FACT CHECK

ACBuy's current guide says stored orders include QC photos. The product-order disclaimer says ACBuy cannot determine quality or authenticity, so the checklists below stay limited to visible details.

Compare the item you actually ordered

Put the saved product option beside the warehouse entry. Check colour, size label, quantity and version before hunting for tiny flaws. A perfect-looking photo is irrelevant if it shows the wrong option.

SHOES

Look at the pair, not one shoe

Use the available angles to compare left and right shape and obvious alignment.

  • overall shape and pair symmetry
  • stitching and visible glue
  • panels, logos and colour placement
  • size label and stated option
  • sole joins and obvious damage
CLOTHING

Fit starts with measurements

A size letter is not enough. Compare any supplied measurement with a garment you own; request a relevant measurement through the current platform controls if you need one and it is available.

  • size tag and selected option
  • chest, length or waist measurement where available
  • print or embroidery position
  • seams, hems and zip alignment
  • stains, holes or obvious colour mismatch
BAGS

Check the parts that carry weight

Front views can hide functional problems. Use every angle available.

  • overall shape and dimensions
  • strap anchors and handles
  • zip tracks and closures
  • hardware alignment and visible scratches
  • lining, pockets and stitching where shown
THE LIMITS

A photo is not authentication

Warehouse images cannot confirm authenticity, exact material composition, long-term durability, smell, comfort or details outside the frame. Lighting and camera settings can also shift colour.

IF SOMETHING IS WRONG

Act from the order page

Describe the specific mismatch and keep the product/order evidence. Use the action or support route currently shown for that item. Do not assume an action exists, that every concern is eligible, or that one deadline applies to every case.
