Your first ACBuy order, step by step
What to do from the moment you find a product until the parcel is dispatched, including the separate international-shipping payment.

The product first travels from the seller to the ACBuy warehouse. International delivery from the warehouse to you is arranged later and costs extra. Keep money aside for China-side delivery, any services you choose and the final parcel.
Find a product
Open the current product page and check the title, option list, size information and price. Save the exact link and a note of the colour, size or version you intend to buy.
Submit the link
Paste the product link into ACBuy. If the page redirects to DIY Order, fill in the requested product details rather than guessing missing options.
Confirm the option and pay for the item
Recheck quantity, colour, size and any seller notes before paying. At this point you are paying for the product-side order, not the finished international parcel.
Wait for the seller
The purchasing agent places the order and the seller sends it domestically. Seller dispatch is outside the warehouse’s control, so read the live order status instead of assuming a fixed arrival date.
Review the warehouse entry
Once received and processed, the item appears in My Warehouse. Compare the photographs and item details with the option you saved. Check visible problems before parcel submission.
Decide before parcel submission
If the item is right, leave it ready for parcel submission. If something material looks wrong, open that order and use the action or support route currently shown. The available action and outcome are order-specific.
Build the parcel
Select the warehouse items you want to send together. Consider whether bulky retail packaging is useful, but do not remove protective packaging blindly from fragile goods.
Compare the routes available now
Enter the real destination and parcel details. Check route restrictions, charging method, tracking and current terms. A familiar courier name is not enough to choose a route.
Pay international delivery
The initial delivery amount can be based on estimated parcel data. The official guidance says the final amount is adjusted after the packed parcel’s size and weight are confirmed. Read the current checkout before paying.
Track the parcel
After dispatch, open Me → Parcel → Parcel details, the location named in the current official guide. Keep the parcel number and use the official Help Center if an event or delivery needs investigation.
