Reviewed 29 August 2026The seller-side purchase
The order starts when the agent handles the product purchase. A shipped status here can refer to the seller sending the item inside China; it does not necessarily mean the parcel is travelling to the UK.
What the warehouse received
After receipt and processing, the item appears in My Warehouse. This is where you review its entry and photos, then decide whether it is ready for an international parcel or needs an order query/after-sales action.
The international shipment
A parcel is created from warehouse items. Route selection, packing, delivery payment and international tracking belong to this stage.
Use the live event, not a guessed timetable
Seller dispatch, domestic transit, warehouse processing and carrier dispatch are separate waits. If a status appears stuck, open the order or parcel details first, then use the official Help Center with its number.
Check the current allowance in your account
Storage rules are time-sensitive. Do not rely on an old guide or promotion when deciding how long to wait for more items; confirm the current warehouse policy and any deadline shown for your item.
