ACBuy is a shopping-agent service. You give it a supported marketplace product or link; its purchasing service handles the China-side order, the item is sent to its warehouse, and you later arrange a separate international parcel. The original marketplace seller still supplies the product.
One order has several stages
The official site groups the service into purchase, warehouse checking and storage, then international delivery. That distinction matters: paying for an item does not mean you have paid to deliver it to the UK.
A chance to check what arrived
After the warehouse receives and processes an item, it appears in My Warehouse with item information and photographs. Use that entry to compare the received option with what you ordered before adding it to an international parcel.
The agent cannot remove every risk
ACBuy says it cannot distinguish product quality or authenticity for third-party links, and it does not control the marketplace seller, international carrier or customs. A warehouse photograph can show visible details; it cannot prove material, durability, fit or authenticity.
